Jazz on the Tube – Bill Evans: "Autumn Leaves"

Originally a 1945 French song "Les feuilles mortes" (literally "Dead Leaves"), "Autumn Leaves" was written by Joseph Kosma and the french lyrics by poet Jacques Prévert.

The English lyrics were written in 1947 by the American songwriter Johnny Mercer.

Here, the Bill Evans trio plays it as an instrumental jazz standard.
